We, as an organization have been operating with one fundamental principle, which is “We should be fair to everyone [our customers, team members, suppliers, consultants, etc.] And we expect others to reciprocate in the same manner.”
As an organization we shall try to provide you with a single point of communication with us from the time you have booked the unit till it is handed over to you. This single person, whom you will interact with, as far as possible, will be our Business Executive (BE).

Payment terms mentioned in our information booklet are applicable for the units, for which we are yet to start the construction. Actual payment terms shall be applicable as per the current stage of construction. Please get the details of payment terms applicable for the unit booked by you from concerned Business Executive.
Interest will be charged on the over due payment.

Possession will be given after 15 days from the date of receipt of complete payment or the scheduled completion date whichever is later. Please note that the delivery schedule will be maintained only if the work is to be done as per the Sample Unit or as per standard options. Any nonstandard extra work will lead to additional cost and may lead to delay in delivery.
We would also mention that considering the nature of civil work, the delivery schedule might vary by couple of months.

CANCELLATION

If for any inevitable reason you are compelled to cancel the booking of a unit then cancellation should be done as per the following procedure.
The cancellation should be done within 30 days of date of booking. The cancellation charges would be applicable for any cancellation after booking and it would be minimum Rs.20000/-.
Any cancellation after 30 days from date of booking shall attract additional cancellation administration charges @ Rs.10000/- per month or part thereof. Interest also will be charged @15% per annum on the payments overdue, till the date on which the cancellation intimation is handed over to us, and shall be calculated from the payment installment due date as described above.
